This week, Edward Kay, ForeCoast® Marine Operations Manager, is joining fellow companies from the Northern Powerhouse region on a trade mission to the Netherlands and the Offshore Energy Exhibition 2018 in Amsterdam.  The Mission, which is hosted by the Department for International Trade (DIT), will allow delegates from the region to explore the opportunities in the Netherlands’ offshore energy sector.

The Dutch central government is aiming to ensuring that 14% of all energy used in the Netherlands is sustainable by 2020 and 16% by 2023. This represents a great opportunity for Northern Powerhouse companies in a key trading market for the UK.

The three-day Mission, comprised of networking sessions, talks and exhibition attendance, will provide a superb platform through which to develop our collaborative and export opportunities with the Netherlands.
